In April,  Marshall L. Miller was named Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. Previously, Miller served as Chief of the Criminal Division in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York (“EDNY”). As an AUSA, Miller worked on and oversaw a number of prominent terrorism, white collar, and violent crime prosecutions. In Washington, he will oversee a number of high-profile areas, including the FCPA and money laundering prosecutions, and several ongoing investigations, including those involving FX and LIBOR.
